We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support various HR functions Responsibilities:1. Sourcing Students: Identify and engage with potential student candidates from leading institutes such as IITs, NITs, IIITs, DTU, IIMs, and DU. 2. Sourcing New Clients: Research and identify potential new clients who can benefit from our intern sourcing services. Initiate contact and build relationships with these clients. 3. Managing Clients: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their hiring needs are understood and met. Provide regular updates and support throughout the hiring process. 4. Closing Positions: Be actively involved in closing positions by coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and facilitating communication between candidates and clients. Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish.Qualifications:1.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.2.
