You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend services and APIs that power our applications.Roles & Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain APIs and backend services using FastAPIWork with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teamsEnsure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviewsOptimize application performance and scalabilityImplement best practices for security, reliability, and data protectionWrite and maintain technical documentation for APIs and servicesRequired Skills & Qualifications:3 to 4 years of professional experience in backend development with PythonStrong hands-on experience with FastAPI in production environmentsProficient in designing and consuming RESTful APIsExperience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDBFamiliarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelinesGood understanding of asynchronous programming in PythonAbility to write clean, maintainable, and efficient codeStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood to Have:Experience with Redis, Celery, or background task queuesExposure to AWS, GCP, or other cloud platformsKnowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architectureFamiliarity with container orchestration tools like KubernetesEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience
