Salary: ₹25,000-₹45,000 (Fixed) Performance-Based Bonuses (For successful campaigns, lead conversions, and client closures)  Location: Remote (Full-time) Key Responsibilities: SEO & Conversion Optimization Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical). Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that not only ranks but also converts visitors into leads. Optimize landing pages, CTAs, visuals, and design elements for optimal user engagement and conversions. Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools to drive continual improvements. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Design and manage lead generation funnels across multiple channels: organic, paid, and outbound. Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and platform-based prospecting (e.g., Upwork/Fiverr). Build and nurture relationships with leads and clients via email, chat, and video calls. Present pitches, conduct demos, and perform follow-ups to guide prospects through the sales funnel. Negotiate and close deals with international clients, ensuring a smooth handoff to the project execution team. Maintain a CRM system or lead tracking sheet to monitor active prospects and deal status. Performance Marketing & Ads Plan and run ROI-driven ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Test, optimize, and refine ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting for better performance. Manage budgets effectively to achieve optimal cost-per-lead and conversion rates. Social Media & Brand Management Enhance Vynce Digital’s online presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X. Develop and execute engaging content calendars that align with brand objectives. Create compelling posts, reels, and stories that drive engagement and generate inquiries. Marketing & Ads Plan and run ROI-driven ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. Test, optimize, and refine ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting for better performance. Manage budgets effectively to achieve optimal cost-per-lead and conversion rates. Analytics & Reporting Track key marketing KPIs: traffic, leads, conversion rates, ROI, etc. Generate and present regular performance reports with actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
