Job Title: Manager – Marketing & Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our business growth initiatives. The role involves driving sales strategies, expanding into new territories, managing vendors, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial, with strong leadership skills and the ability to execute plans that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth & Business Expansion
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and explore new markets and territories for expansion.
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
  • Client & Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Oversee customer feedback and ensure service excellence.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and mentor a growing sales and marketing team.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technical, operations) to align strategies.
