Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Tech Lead to join our client's team. You will be responsible for leading a team of data professionals and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of data solutions. This is a

full-time position

based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires more than 9 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

More than 9 years of experience in data engineering and data managementProven experience as a

Data Tech Lead

or similar roleStrong knowledge of data technologies such as

RedShift, AWS RDS, SQL Server, and Cloud ETLProficiency in programming languages such as

PythonExperience in executing data processes and ensuring data qualityKnowledge of NFR testing and performance optimizationExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of data professionals to design, develop, and maintain data solutionsWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsImplement best practices and ensure data quality and integrityManage data migration, integration, and transformation processesOptimize data architecture and infrastructure to support business needsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team membersCollaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies and roadmapsStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
