About This Role
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join Gartner's Global Travel & Expense team as a Travel & Expense Senior Specialist responsible for supporting our Source to Pay program. As a T&E Senior Specialist, you will assist with managing Gartner's global travel, corporate card, and expense providers. You will also have the opportunity to work with Gartner associates all over the world while you help them navigate policy, tools, and processes.

Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Be the subject matter expert and main point of contact on Gartner's travel, expense, suppliers and conferences processes and Global T&E Policy.
• Answer complex questions from Gartner's global associates and suppliers on our processes within our defined service levels.
• Collaborate with preferred travel, expense and corporate card suppliers.
• Drive continuous process improvements by supporting management initiatives.
• Support transient, conference and group travel teams in travel related initiatives.
• Lead projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Utilize available reporting to run, analyze and present the data with minimal support
• Confidently lead and drive conversations with suppliers and upper management

Internal and External Relationships/Interactions

• Gartner global travelers, IT, HR, Conferences, Global Mobility, preferred travel suppliers

Education/Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Professional Experience

• 1-2 years of experience working in travel & expense, finance or similar business functions.
