This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through networking and prospecting.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Networking skills
  • Experience in relationship building and client management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the staffing or consulting industry is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience as Business Development in Staffing Industry.
  • Good Holding with Direct Clients
  • Ability to On Board Clients Every Month
  • Need only who's having clients in pipeline already.
  • BYOC (Bring Your Own Clients)
