We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to a Managing Director (MD) provides high-level administrative, secretarial, and logistical support to an executive. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating complex travel, handling extensive correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the MD's office. The role demands exceptional organization, discretion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively under pressure.

Finance Management: Should have good knowledge in Accounts and Finance (ILC, FLC, BG, FBG and foreign exchange remittance, maintains according to company limits. All necessary documentation with private and Nationalized banks.

Logistics Management: Should have Good Knowledge in Logistics operations like Export, Import, By Air, by Sea, negotiations with customs, distribution and also dispatches.

Purchase management (Construction Industry) Must have good knowledge on construction material, vendor management and price negotiations. Also take care of Liaoning works with concerned heads of department.

Liaison Management: should have good knowledge in Liaison works in construction and Hotel industry, Govt bodies like, Police department and politically etc.
