Job Title: Communication Analyst Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Mohali Work Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Communication Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing operations. The ideal candidate must have practical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the ability to prepare reports and presentations for leadership. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor daily communication operations across teams. Analyze data, communication patterns, and workflow performance to identify improvement areas. Work extensively on CRM Dynamics for tracking, updating, and maintaining customer information. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on communication metrics, productivity, and process performance. Create professional PPT presentations for internal reviews, management meetings, and client discussions. Develop dashboards and insights to support data-driven decision-making. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication processes. Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolutions. Required Skills: Strong analytical and operational management skills. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM . Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, IT, or a related field.
