Head of sales–india-cybersecurity services

Location: Chennai / BangaloreKey Responsibilities- Develop and execute the India sales strategy aligned with Scybers’ global business objectives.- Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation, qualification, and proposal to closure.- Build and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with OEMs, resellers, and channel partners.- Manage CXO level relationships to position Scybers as a trusted cybersecurity partner.- Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals and GTM campaigns.- Track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline health using CRM tools.- Represent Scybers at industry forums, cybersecurity events, and partner conferences.Required Skills & Experience- 10–15 years of experience in Cybersecurity / IT Services Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.- Proven track record in achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets.- Strong understanding of MDR, SOC, v CISO, Cloud Security, Data Privacy, GRC, and Compliance domains.- Excellent CXO-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Experience working with leading OEMs is a plus.What We Offer- Opportunity to lead the India GTM growth for a fast-scaling cybersecurity firm.- Dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with global exposure.- Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and ESOP opportunities.- Chance to work with a passionate team driving innovation in AI-driven cybersecurity.
