Role: Social Media & Marketing Executive

Experience: 2 -4 years' experience

Location: Kalaghoda, Mumbai

Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic individual with a flair for storytelling, strong aesthetic sensibility, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. This role blends creativity with strategy—requiring you to ideate, execute, and manage social content, brand campaigns, and marketing activations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:


• Assist in building and executing a monthly social media calendar aligned with brand objectives


• Ideate and develop engaging content in line with Ensemble's aesthetic and voice


• Write crisp, elevated copy for posts, captions, and campaigns


• Monitor and analyse social performance and suggest improvements based on analytics


• Ensure consistent upkeep of all social platforms- including post scheduling , tagging, profile hygiene, and platform-specific requirements 


• Benchmark against competitors and monitor industry trends


• Monitor and respond to DMs, queries, and client interactions on Instagram twice a day during working hours , ensuring timely and brand aligned communication


• Collaborate with various departments to collate requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis to help create calendars and campaigns - reflective of cross-functional priorities. 

Marketing & Brand Communication:


• Support the marketing head in executing 360 degree campaigns across digital, in-store, and third-party platforms


• Liaise with PR partners, stylists, and influencers for collaborations and coverage


• Assist in ideation and execution of event promotions and brand partnerships


• Help shape brand storytelling across touchpoints through thoughtful messaging 


• Ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints


• Assist with core marketing projects and initiatives

Requirements:


• 2–4 years of relevant experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands


• Strong writing and copy-editing skills; a keen eye for detail and tone


• Proficiency in Instagram, Pinterest, and analytics tools


• Highly organised, deadline-driven, and collaborative
