Job Title: ServiceNow CTA (Technical Architect) Location: Bangalore Experience: 10+ Years Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and governance for ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will drive platform strategy, ensure technical excellence, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall ServiceNow architecture, design, and technical governance across modules Define platform roadmap , integration strategy, and design best practices Review and validate solution designs, technical specifications, and development activities Guide development teams on ServiceNow architecture patterns, performance, and security Oversee implementation of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or other enterprise modules Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and coding standards Conduct technical assessments, solution workshops, and architecture reviews Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions Optimize platform performance, data model, workflows, and integrations Provide leadership during upgrades, migrations, and large-scale deployments Requirements: 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, or solution design Must hold ServiceNow CTA Certification (or equivalent senior architect credentials) Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/HRSD/CSM) Proven experience in enterprise-level integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs) Strong understanding of CMDB design, Discovery, Service Mapping , and platform architecture Experience in leading large ServiceNow programs in enterprise environments Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills Immediate joiner preferred
