Job Title: ServiceNow CTA (Technical Architect)Location: BangaloreExperience: 10+ YearsJoining: Immediate Joiner PreferredEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and governance for ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will drive platform strategy, ensure technical excellence, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead overall ServiceNow architecture, design, and technical governance across modulesDefine platform roadmap, integration strategy, and design best practicesReview and validate solution designs, technical specifications, and development activitiesGuide development teams on ServiceNow architecture patterns, performance, and securityOversee implementation of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, or other enterprise modulesEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and coding standardsConduct technical assessments, solution workshops, and architecture reviewsWork closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutionsOptimize platform performance, data model, workflows, and integrationsProvide leadership during upgrades, migrations, and large-scale deploymentsRequirements:10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, or solution designMust hold ServiceNow CTA Certification (or equivalent senior architect credentials)Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/HRSD/CSM)Proven experience in enterprise-level integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)Strong understanding of CMDB design, Discovery, Service Mapping, and platform architectureExperience in leading large ServiceNow programs in enterprise environmentsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skillsImmediate joiner preferred
