Overview
As a HR & Admin. Executive, you will assist and support the HR Department in the daily operation activities.
Responsibilities
1) Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records.
2) Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3) Administer some HRIS programs like E-leave, E-claims, Daily attendance and generate reports.
4) Perform secretarial and administrative support such as air-tickets booking for staff, purchasing of pantry and stationery, and so on.
5) Responsible for the up-keeping of the administrative functions such as preparing confirmation letters and monitoring contract expiry for renewals for workers.
6) Assist in coordinating company events to facilitate smooth event execution.
7) Responsible Company hiring and interviews
8) Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.
9) Assist in performing some necessary submission such as training grants, licensing application, and so on as per Government's policies and standards.
11) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.
12) Nurture a positive working environment.
