Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React.Js, Next.Js, Node.Js) Position Title: Full Stack Developer Experience Required: 1–3 years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with React.Js, Next.Js (with SEO optimization skills), and Node.Js expertise. The candidate will work on developing high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications and scalable backend services. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.Js and Next.Js . Implement SEO best practices in Next.Js applications (server-side rendering, meta tags, structured data, performance optimization). Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.Js / Express.Js . Work with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) for efficient data management. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across frontend and backend. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams for smooth delivery. Stay updated on the latest frontend/backend and SEO trends to improve application quality. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in: Frontend: React.Js, Next.Js (SSR & SSG), Redux/Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. SEO: Knowledge of on-page SEO, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, structured data, sitemap, and meta tags within Next.Js. Backend: Node.Js, Express.Js. Experience with databases (MongoDB preferred; MySQL/PostgreSQL a plus). Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations. Version control with Git/GitHub/GitLab . Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Soft Skills Good communication and teamwork skills. Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
