We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Procurement Manager
to oversee and manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of materials, finishes, and services for corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, source, and procure materials, finishes, and services for ongoing corporate interior projects.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Ensure cost optimisation without compromising on quality or timelines.
  • Collaborate with design, project, and site teams to understand project requirements and material specifications.
  • Track procurement schedules, delivery timelines, and ensure seamless material flow to site.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain updated vendor databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and project budgets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, new materials, and innovative solutions in the interiors industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/ Diploma
  • 4–6 years of experience in procurement for corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage procurement budgets and timelines.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; knowledge of procurement software/tools is a plus.
  • Strong network of vendors/suppliers in interior materials, finishes, furniture, and services.
