will make sure our leads are always on track, our teams are always updated, and our sales never miss a beat.

This is your chance to be the central nerve of our sales operations — keeping everything organized, efficient, and moving toward closure.

What You'll do -


• Coordinate daily activities with supervisors to keep operations seamless.


• Monitor & validate leads entered by field staff — no missed opportunities


• Organize leads by priority and closing timelines to maximize conversions.


• Track lead progress, follow up proactively, and help teams hit their targets.


• Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards to guide decisions.


• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for faster lead closure.


• Train field teams on CRM best practices and improve adoption.


• Continuously refine workflows to make the system more efficient.

What we are looking for


• Graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, or similar field.


• Hands-on experience (or willingness to quickly learn) CRM and lead management


• Strong communicator who loves coordinating across teams.


• Analytical, detail-oriented, and loves solving problems.


• Proactive and thrives in a fast-moving environment.


• Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory) — you'll be closely collaborating with field teams and farmers.
