Field Market Researcher
who can go out into the market, meet people, and collect valuable insights from customers and businesses.

Role Overview

The Field Market Researcher will be responsible for
direct interaction with customers, shop owners, and businesses
to collect survey data, understand market needs, and identify growth opportunities. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, asking questions, and exploring local markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers, shops, and businesses to conduct surveys and interviews.
  • Collect, record, and organize accurate data from the field.
  • Understand customer needs, buying behavior, and product/service gaps.
  • Build relationships with local vendors, retailers, and potential clients.
  • Summarize findings and provide clear reports to the strategy team.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities based on survey feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with field visits, surveys, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of using mobile apps/spreadsheets for data entry.
