We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support our management team with data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic reporting across a variety of business initiatives.

Position: Business AnalystKey Responsibilities

  • Assist managers in collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth research and provide analytical support for financial valuations, M&A activities, and strategic reports.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models in Excel to support business forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making.
  • Use advanced Excel techniques to perform sensitivity analysis, ROI calculations, and financial projections.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to evaluate industry trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
  • Create clear, detailed analytical reports including charts, graphs, and executive summaries to present insights.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Support ongoing business projects with relevant data insights, competitive intelligence, and market studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Commerce background preferred).
  • 0–1 years of experience in Business Consulting, Corporate Sales, or a related domain.
  • Understanding of business concepts such as FP&A, M&A, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Ability to present complex data in a clear and accessible format.
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
