This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a fresher-level position, you will gain valuable insights into the finance domain and work closely with experienced professionals to enhance your career. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for data manipulation, analysis, and report generation. Familiarity with CRM Software (Mandatory skill) for effective client relationship management and tracking customer interactions. Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Competency in data analysis for interpreting financial data and deriving meaningful insights. Basic project management skills for assisting in planning, executing, and closing finance-related projects. Adept at problem-solving with an ability to identify issues and propose viable solutions in financial processes. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently. Keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors in financial documentation and reporting. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts under the supervision of senior finance personnel. Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting. Conduct basic financial analysis to support business decisions and strategy formulation. Maintain organized records of financial transactions and support audits as necessary. Use Microsoft Excel to update and maintain financial databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate. Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve financial processes and workflows. Help in the implementation of financial strategies that align with the organization's goals. Continuously update knowledge of finance regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
