Job Overview The Associate Finance role at Isoftronics is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates with an MBA in Finance, located at our Chennai headquarters. The successful candidate will engage in financial data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning to drive our business objectives. The position is full-time, offering a dynamic environment to develop and apply your finance knowledge with a supportive team. Qualifications and Skills Must have proficiency in financial modeling to create forecasts and valuations (Mandatory skill). Strong capability in data analysis using Excel for financial reporting and projections (Mandatory skill). Experience with SQL for extracting and managing large data sets (Mandatory skill). Understanding of valuation techniques to assess asset values and investments. Ability to conduct robust financial statement analysis for accurate reflection of financial health. Knowledge of risk management practices to help identify, assess, and prioritize financial risks. Insight into corporate finance principles, including capital structuring and financial planning. Competency in creating and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in creating financial models to support business decision-making processes. Conduct detailed financial analysis and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with team members to develop strategic financial plans and forecast models. Coordinate with different departments to gather financial information for analysis. Research and analyze market trends to provide insights on financial implications. Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company financial position. Support the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
