  • Collaborating closely with quality assurance teams to define testing strategies, guaranteeing the alignment of developed solutions with specified requirements, and communicating effectively and efficiently with customers, managerial, and executive teams.
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications that can be readily comprehended by developers and technical teams.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, there by contributing to the heightened efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of project management principles and efficiently manage tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration. Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including proficiency in technical writing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Understanding of specific business domains or industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) will be a plus.
