7 to 10 years of senior sales leadership experienceProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales teamIn-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniquesExperience in market analysis and identifying market trendsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skillsProficiency in finance and budgetingExperience in product marketing and strategic planningContinuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targetsManage and lead the sales team to drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales targetsIdentify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clientsConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersOversee the sales process from lead generation to closing dealsMonitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent customer serviceStay updated with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunitiesProvide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
