Job Overview


Medily Prime Private Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage our operations department. The Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of medicines, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Pharmacy, operations management, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics processes.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage the overall operations department, including order processing, customer satisfaction, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies and policies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medicines to customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to minimize costs and maximize operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to continuously improve operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
