Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C (Customer Experience) Consultant with a strong background in full cycle implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience, including at least 2 full cycle software implementations integrating CRM and ERP applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in full cycle implementation projects for SAP C4C, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, providing expert guidance on best practices and solutions within SAP C4C.

- Configure and customize SAP C4C modules to meet business needs, particularly in areas such as Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP C4C and other ERP applications, including Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financials, and Controlling.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP C4C implementations, resolving issues and optimizing system performance.

- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions between SAP C4C and CRM On Premise systems.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in full cycle implementation and support projects for SAP C4C.

- Proven track record of involvement in at least 2 full cycle software implementations integrating CRM and ERP applications.

- Extensive business process knowledge in areas such as Interaction Center, WEBUI, Mobile Integration, Service Management, Marketing, and Sales within SAP C4C.

- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP C4C and other SAP modules, including Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Financials, and Controlling.

- Experience in integrating SAP C4C with CRM On Premise systems is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

- SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
