Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP C4C Consultant with a strong background in SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 14 years of experience in configuring and customizing SAP C4C modules, with proven expertise in integrating SAP C4C with other systems such as SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.

This role requires technical proficiency in SAP C4C configuration and customization, as well as a solid understanding of middleware tools and SAP C4C data models and business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP C4C Configuration and Customization :

- Configure and customize SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop and implement enhancements and changes to the SAP C4C system.

- Integration with SAP S/4HANA and Other Systems:

- Lead and manage the integration of SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.

- Utilize middleware tools, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, to facilitate seamless data exchange and process integration.

Technical Expertise :

- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP C4C configuration and customization.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP C4C configurations and customizations.

Business Process Analysis :

- Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure SAP C4C solutions align with organizational goals.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Data Modeling and Management :

- Understand and manage SAP C4C data models.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the SAP C4C system.

Middleware Tools :

- Utilize middleware tools (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration) for effective system integration.

- Develop and maintain integration interfaces between SAP C4C and other systems.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP C4C solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP C4C functionalities and integrations.

Project Management :

- Manage SAP C4C implementation and enhancement projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

User Training and Support :

- Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users on SAP C4C functionalities and processes.

- Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing their queries and issues.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest SAP C4C and CX technologies and best practices.

- Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 3-14 years of professional experience in SAP C4C configuration and customization.

- Proven track record in integrating SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications.

- Strong knowledge of middleware tools, such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

- Solid understanding of SAP C4C data models and business processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP C4C certification.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
