Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and driven Software Development Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. You will work on the Frontend technologies (React, NextJS). In addition to your expertise in web development, you should possess a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases, and computer networks.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and system designs.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using frontend technologies, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
  • Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to enhance application performance and scalability.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, readability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize application performance through profiling, code refactoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of web applications by incorporating appropriate security measures and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to web development, data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases, and computer networks.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve any bugs or issues in a timely manner.
  • Integrate with external services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Should have good knowledge to implement A/B testing, unit testing and integration testing.


Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in frontend technologies, such as React, React Native, NextJS, Redux with extensive hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable, responsive web applications.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS development, including experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and SASS/LESS.
  • Extensive programming experience in modern JavaScript/TypeScript languages.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles to enhance the user experience in products.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in related stack is required.
  • Solid understanding of web development concepts and proficiency with Frontend technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases, and computer networks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript development and relevant frameworks.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet project deadlines.
