Key Responsibilities Extract, transform, and load (ETL ) data from legacy systems into target environments using approved tools and scripts. Analyze and map data between source and destination systems, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and define conversion strategies. Identify data inconsistencies and perform validation checks to ensure quality and accuracy. Document data mapping, transformation logic, and conversion procedures for reference and audits. Troubleshoot issues encountered during extraction, transformation, and loading phases. Prepare conversion reports, reconciliation summaries, and post-migration validations. Support go-live activities by executing conversion cycles and resolving data-related issues. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in data conversion, migration, or ETL development. Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts ; familiarity with ETL tools preferred. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good documentation and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
