We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to build and nurture our brand community across digital platforms. You'll be the voice of Fleck online, crafting compelling narratives around our products, artisans, and the lifestyle we represent.: Noida, sector 132Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platformsCreate and curate an engaging content calendar aligned with product launches, festivals, and gifting occasionsWrite compelling captions that blend our brand's premium positioning with approachable, warm storytellingManage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and building relationships with followersCollaborate with photographers/videographers to create visually stunning content showcasing our productsDevelop Instagram Reels, Stories, and carousel posts that drive engagement and product discoveryPartner with influencers and brand advocates for authentic content creationMonitor social media trends and adapt strategies for the home decor and lifestyle spaceWork with artisan partners to share behind-the-scenes stories and craftsmanship processesTrack and report on social media metrics: engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and content performanceRequirements2-3 years of social media management experience, preferably in lifestyle, home decor, or luxury brandsExceptional writing skills with ability to adapt tone from elegant to conversationalStrong visual aesthetic and understanding of photography/styling for social mediaProficiency in content creation tools (Canva, basic video editing apps, scheduling tools)Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration managementUnderstanding of social commerce and shoppable content strategiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content streamsPreferred QualificationsBackground in luxury/handcrafted/artisanal product marketingKnowledge of Indian festivals and gifting traditionsExperience with Pinterest and You Tube content strategiesBasic photography/styling skillsUnderstanding of both domestic and international audience preferences
