Key ResponsibilitiesLOCATION: Greater Noida West, NXOne IT park, Greater Noida West.Exp: 2-5 yearsStrategy Development:Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Content Creation & Curation:Ideate, create, and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (including visuals and copy) for various social media platforms. Campaign Management for Meta, GOOGLE , Linkedin , Insta, Youtube etcDevelop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, including paid social advertising, to achieve set goals. Audience Research:Identify and understand target audiences to tailor content and strategies for maximum impact. Performance Analysis:Define KPIs, monitor social media analytics, and provide reports on campaign performance, web traffic, and user engagement. Trend Monitoring:Stay informed about the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing and sales professionals, to produce cohesive campaigns. Community Management:Respond to comments, messages, and reviews from followers to foster engagement and build brand loyalty. Budget Management:Establish and allocate marketing budgets across various social media platforms and campaigns. Required SkillsStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term plans and innovative approaches to social media. Creativity: Talent for generating new ideas and producing engaging visual and written content. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking data, analyzing performance metrics, and using insights to inform strategy.
