About Us:
We are an ambitious early-stage startup looking for a visionary Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help lead the charge in developing cutting-edge AI solutions. Our focus is on pushing the boundaries of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and building innovative products with global impact. If you’re an experienced technologist with a passion for AGI, a proven ability to build products from scratch, and strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the company’s technology vision, particularly around AGI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Lead the development and fine-tuning of LLM models, having hands-on experience in building and training these models from scratch.
Work closely with the founding team to shape the overall strategy and direction of the company.
Build, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and execution excellence.
Stay on top of industry trends and continuously explore how emerging technologies can be applied to give our company a competitive edge.
Educational Background and Experience
Advanced Degree in Relevant Field
Build a product using AI or LLM
A master’s or Ph.D. in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related discipline is often preferred.
Proven Track Record
Demonstrated success in previous technical leadership roles, preferably within AI or cloud infrastructure sectors.
Experience with startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
