Visualizer – Brand Development

Location: JM Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Work Mode: Onsite

Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10 AM – 6 PM

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹4 LPA (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a Visualizer with strong conceptual thinking and design expertise to bring brand stories to life. The role involves crafting compelling visuals for branding, campaigns, and marketing collaterals while maintaining aesthetic consistency and innovation. You will collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to transform ideas into high-impact visual identities for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute creative assets for branding, digital campaigns, social media, and print collaterals.
  • Translate brand strategy and marketing goals into visually engaging concepts.
  • Lead design projects from idea to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Review and mentor junior designers, providing creative guidance and feedback.
  • Maintain brand identity across all platforms and ensure uniformity in visual language.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams for cohesive storytelling.
  • Stay updated with design trends, brand communication techniques, and industry standards.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Commercial Art (mandatory) or Bachelor's in Graphic Design/Visual Communication.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional design/visualization experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, digital campaigns, and print media.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of motion graphics is a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and brand aesthetics .
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visuals.
  • Effective communication and time-management skills.

Additional Skills (Bonus)

  • Knowledge of video editing tools will be considered a plus.
