The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage store staff, ensure smooth customer interactions, and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, achieving sales targets, ensuring inventory accuracy, and implementing loss prevention strategies. The role requires fostering a welcoming and efficient retail environment while maintaining the brand's values and aesthetics.QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skillsExperience in Store Management and knowledge of daily retail operationsUnderstanding of Retail Loss Prevention practicesStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, on-site environmentPrevious experience in jewellery and luxury retail.
