About The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager, with experience in a leading CO-LIVING Organisation or Rooms Division experience in Hospitality Industry,to oversee the operations of our existing and upcoming multiple CO-LIVING units in Pune , targeted at young corporate executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of existing and upcoming Co-Living units in PUNE, ensuring seamless service delivery and a high-quality living experience for residents.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
Resident Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction, community engagement, and retention rates.
Budget Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the properties, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold operational standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and maintenance, to drive cohesive operations and successful launches of new units.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about trends in coliving and shared living spaces, utilizing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Crisis Management: Develop and implement protocols for handling emergencies and resident concerns, ensuring swift resolution and resident safety.
Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management, analyzing performance trends and recommending action plans.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Management Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
Extensive Experience: A total of 12-15 years of experience in hospitality operations, with a strong emphasis on coliving spaces.
Multi-Unit Management: Experience managing multiple coliving properties or Rooms Division experience in a large Inventory Hospitality Operation is highly advantageous.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading diverse teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
