As the first Indian startup to be a resident company of Johnson & Johnson Innovation Labs in Boston, today MediSim VR supports the world's largest content adoption for VR-based healthcare training, with over 6,500 active users across our VR labs in 15 institutions and more than 60,000 simulation hours delivered globally. At MediSim VR, you will be a part of a team that is creating real impact in how future healthcare workers learn and deliver care.

Role Overview:

As a Product Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, development, and business to support the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about all aspects of product development in VR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and organizing product requirements from medical, technical, and institutional engagement teams.
  • Analyze healthcare training trends and conduct competitor analysis of VR-based solutions to inform product strategy and planning.
  • Support the development process of our Virtual Reality healthcare solution, working closely with technical and medical teams.
  • Support product testing sessions, gather user feedback, and share actionable insights
  • Support the identification and resolution of product or process challenges through root-cause analysis and coordination with stakeholders
  • Assist in deployment of VR modules to labs, coordinating with medical, technical, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption
  • Track key product usage metrics in collaboration with customer-facing teams, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Who Should Apply

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in healthcare or life sciences, preferably complemented by MBA /MHA or related disciplines.
  • Basic understanding of Product Management
  • Strong interest in Virtual Reality, product management, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with basic data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
