Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Tiruppur. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, HR policies, and overall Human Resources management. The role requires handling HR operations tasks, employee lifecycle management, implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Effective HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Policies
  • Experience in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus
