About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven and analytical SEM Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across search engines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid platforms, with a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy creation.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign results with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEM campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on SEM industry trends, best practices, and new features.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SEM Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and how they complement SEM.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
  • Experience with remarketing, display ads, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and landing page optimization.
