Prepare technical Proposal and filling customer RFQ/RFP
Educational Qualifications- BE Chemical Engineering
Experience - 5-8 years
Key Responsibilities -
1. Perform Mass & Energy Balance, equipment sizing, Heat transfer area calculation, Perform process & Design calculations & other Basic Engineering activities, Preparation of Pump data sheet, Equipment datasheet other Bought out items Datasheets. Prepare P & IDs & UFD
2. Prepare the bought out specs and send enquiry to various vendor, follow up with vendor and do the techno commercial comparison.
3. Technical Proposal preparation, Filling RFQ/RFP, attend customer meeting and to understand the requirement
4. Prepare equipment list, Instrument list, Electrical load list5. Perform cost estimation6. Site visit in India or outside India as per requirement.
Other Responsibilities -
1. Co-ordination with customers, Vendor, Internal stack holder like Process, Piping, Static, E&I, Structure, BDN, Shop etc.
2. Develop the Scheme for Process block, occupancy of vessel calculation to suggest the proposed scheme
3. Cost optimization
Technical Competencies-
1.Perform Mass & Energy Balance, equipment sizing, Heat transfer area calculation, Perform process & Design calculations & other Basic Engineering activities, Preparation of Pump data sheet, Equipment datasheet other Bought out items Datasheets. Prepare P & IDs & UFD
