What You’ll Be Doing

Researching companies, identifying key personas within them, generating interest, and developing accounts to stimulate qualified leads.Qualifying leads and opportunities, analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and providing valuable information for decision-making.Cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.Interacting with prospects through email and social media with a high level of attention to detail and quality.Supporting marketing and sales teams in creating and executing marketing programs and outbound lead generation campaigns.Tracking all relevant qualifications and lead management activities using Salesforce.Reporting on lead qualifications and activities, providing insights to the marketing and sales leadership team on what is working and what is not.Building top-funnel qualified leads to add to the sales pipeline.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful (Requirements)Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Sales Development Representative, Account Manager, or similar role (End to End Sales).Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.In-depth knowledge of the sales process and the utilization of technological tools, including platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and similar solutions.Ability to effectively communicate value propositions, address objections and handle competitive inquiries, along with strong negotiation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Demonstrated self-motivation, determination, and a positive attitude.Proficiency in data mining, research techniques, and working with Excel spreadsheets.Experience in collaborating with competitors and a strong grasp of skills such as data scraping and data comparison.
