Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP R2 R Consultant to join our global SAP team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Record to Report processes, strong SAP FICO expertise, and experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, including S/4 HANA migrations.???? Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP R2 R processes across global finance landscapes.Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Financial Closing, and Consolidation.Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization across financial reporting functions.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and propose robust SAP solutions.Work on S/4 HANA transformation projects, data migration, and system integration.Conduct workshops, prepare functional specs, and support development & testing teams.Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and business users. Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with deep focus on R2 R processes.Proven track record of leading 2 or more full lifecycle SAP implementations.Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Financial Closing Cockpit, and Controlling (CO).Solid exposure to S/4 HANA, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and Fiori apps.Experience in intercompany eliminations, legal & management reporting, and group consolidation (preferably using BPC or Group Reporting).Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.???? Nice to Have:Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).Exposure to SAP BPC / Group Reporting / Treasury.Knowledge of Agile project methodologies and tools (JIRA, Solution Manager).????
