Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in the Industrial Tools segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical or industrial sales, with 35 years of experience. This role involves lead generation, customer engagement, sales target achievement, and providing technical consultation to clients in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial tools market.
  • Conduct client visits and product demonstrations to promote sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / Any Graduate (with relevant technical sales experience

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years of relevant experience in sales of industrial tools, capital equipment, or mechanical products.

Key Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial tools and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
