Manager Strategy & Projects   POSITION PURPOSE: A dynamic and experienced Strategy and Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic growth, operational efficiency. This role will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with project execution along with commercial teams. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage multiple projects across the product lifecycle, from early-stage development to market launch. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Finance Regulatory, Quality,) and external partners. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with global & local regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. WHO YOU ARE: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred. 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical project management or strategic planning. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects. Strategic Planning and Project Management : Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Align projects with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements. Develop go-to-market strategies for new products/existing. Leadership & Communication : Ability to lead diverse teams and drive collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical & Problem-Solving : Strategic thinking and decision-making under pressure. Financial acumen for budget control and forecasting. Proficiency in project management tools, (MS Project, MS Office). Project Execution & Oversight : Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Use tools like MS Project, MS office, and Excel for tracking and reporting. Risk & Financial Management : Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. Manage project budgets and optimize resource allocation. Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates and escalate issues when necessary.
