We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design, short-form video editing (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), and a working knowledge of modern design and AI tools. Youll be responsible for creating engaging visuals and videos that align with our brand and resonate with our digital audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Design graphics for social media, web, and marketing materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.) using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tools.
Add motion graphics, transitions, and effects to make videos more dynamic and engaging.
Repurpose long-form video content into high-performing short videos.
Use AI tools (e.g., RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.) to streamline content creation.
Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other team members to deliver visually appealing designs and videos.
Stay updated on current design and social media trends.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong portfolio of both design and video work.
Experience in creating social media content, especially Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Understanding of visual storytelling and content pacing for short-form videos.
Familiarity with AI-powered design or video tools is a big plus.
Good communication and time management skills.
