Position OverviewA consultant is Techmantu’s junior role, and a means for graduates with some experience to make a career in one of Techmantu’s Practice Areas. Techmantu Consulting practices comprises generalists with a good understanding of technology, media and business. Our consultants closely work with client teams to build and run solutions to help them succeed in their business objectives.Techmantu Skilling is our latest practice area and helps social enterprises, educational institutions and similar learning centered organizations with their digital learning content and technology needs.
To be effective, consultants in Techmantu Skilling should be able to plan and execute work in the following areas:
Learning Needs AnalysisSolution Gap AnalysisMarket AnalysisSolution RoadmapsProject PlansSkilling Content RoadmapsLMS Feature ConfigurationLMS OperationAssessments & ReportingStakeholder TrainingStakeholder Engagement
A Techmantu Consultant will be part of the Skills Practice delivery team, and will:
Execute roadmaps & project plansDevelop & manage a portfolio of learning content assets for clientsImplement assessment tools for monitoringOptimize learning content & platforms using measurements and assessments.Work closely with different partners in various stages of the executionConvey the value of learning solutions to different stakeholdersTrain various stakeholders in using the content and tools.
Please send in an application if the following applies to you:Are a recent graduate with a postgraduate degree in Business Management, Math, Sociology, Economics, or equivalent background.Have outstanding academic achievement with at least a first classStrong proficiency with MS Office toolsHave had at least 2 years experience with ed-tech, skills development, teaching, assessment design, learning management systems, learning content design.Have quality verbal and written communication skills.Have strong problem-solving skills, a demonstrated aptitude for dealing with complexity, continuous learning, and an eye for detail.Some knowledge of learning management systems is a plus; ability/willingness to learn new tech tools if not already skilled
Techmantu Consultants are expected to work out of Techmantu’s offices in Koramangala, Bangalore.
Techmantu offers industry standard pay-packages. Techmantu Consultants are required to attend the 5-week long Techmantu BootCamp aimed at providing the foundational skills and knowledge to be effective in their jobs. Consultants will continue, on the job, to work on developing their skills and knowledge under the mentorship and guidance of a Consulting Manager.
