Day Shift | 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)

Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Recruiters (Freshers & Experienced) to join our growing team.

The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Salary Details:

  • Freshers: 15,000 per month (After 3 months based on performance up to 20,000)
  • Experienced: Up to 25,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate can apply (2024/2025 pass-outs can apply-Fresher)
  • Female candidates Only
  • Immediate Joiners highly encouraged
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Passion for recruitment and people management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling end-to-end recruitment process
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & networking
  • Screening and shortlisting profiles as per requirements
  • Scheduling & coordinating interviews
  • Maintaining candidate database and daily reports
