US Engineering Recruiter Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad Experience: 3 - 6 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US Engineering Recruiter to join our growing team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for engineering roles across domains such as Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Engineering Services, IT, Automotive, and Manufacturing for US-based clients. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for our clients in the United States. Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and qualify engineering candidates for US-based roles across multiple domains. • Work with US clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines. • Leverage job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases to identify top talent. • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and culture fit. • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Coordinate with account managers and clients for interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in US recruitment, specifically within engineering and technical domains. • Proven experience in sourcing for Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Engineering Services, IT, Automotive, and Manufacturing roles. • Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices, including visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and time zones. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience using ATS, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ), and sourcing tools.
