Job Summary: The Trainee Organization Development Executive will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an MBA graduate specializing in HR to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Management: o Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems. o Assist in developing tools and resources to help managers and employees improve performance and productivity. 2. Change Management: o Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives. o Support communication efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and practices. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Collect and analyze data related to organizational development initiatives. o Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 4. Communication and Collaboration: o Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives with business goals. o Maintain effective communication channels to support organizational development activities. 5.
