Job Summary: The Trainee Organization Development Executive will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an MBA graduate specializing in HR to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Management: o Support the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems. o Assist in developing tools and resources to help managers and employees improve performance and productivity. 2. Change Management: o Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives. o Support communication efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and practices. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: o Collect and analyze data related to organizational development initiatives. o Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 4. Communication and Collaboration: o Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives with business goals. o Maintain effective communication channels to support organizational development activities. 5. Competency Framework Designing: o Assist in the development and implementation of competency frameworks. o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define key competencies required for various roles within the organization. 6. Assessment and Development Centers: o Support the design and administration of assessment and development centers. o Assist in creating assessment tools and processes to evaluate employee potential and development needs. Qualifications: ? MBA in Human Resources or related field from a reputed B-school. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ? High level of initiative, flexibility, and adaptability. ? Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: ? Previous work experience of 2 years at least in organizational development or human resources. ? Knowledge of change management and Competency Designing principles and practices. ? Ability to research & write Case Studies and other assessment exercises.
