Position: Junior Site Execution Engineer - Building Construction
Location: Nashik MH

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Site Execution Engineer with hands-on experience in government building construction projects (preferably CPWD). The candidate will be responsible for site execution activities, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and coordination with the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day site execution activities.
  • Interpret and execute construction drawings and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
  • Read and implement layout plans as per project specifications.
  • Monitor and manage labour productivity, material usage, and work progress.
  • Supervise site activities related to column, beam, slab, and other structural works.
  • Ensure compliance with CPWD/IS codes and safety standards.
  • Prepare and maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth workflow.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of government building construction (CPWD norms preferred).
  • Proficiency in BBS preparation and layout reading.
  • Understanding of column length calculations and reinforcement details.
  • Ability to assess labour output and productivity.
  • Problem-solving and basic technical knowledge of civil engineering.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.

Other Details:

  • Must be able to join within 15 days.
  • Will report directly to the Project Manager (PM).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
