Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary Client Relations Manager for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication, satisfaction, and partnership alignment with key stakeholders.
- Pioneering New Business Opportunities: Identify, target, and pursue untapped markets and potential clients to fuel our expansion.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop strategies for generating high-quality leads and manage the outreach process to increase the client base.
- Client Engagement & Communication: Build strong relationships through regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is consistently high.
- Account Management Excellence: Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring success and growth in each account.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You have a proven track record in New Business Development , Lead Generation , and Business Communication .
- You possess strong Account Management abilities and know how to nurture client relationships to ensure long-term success.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for optimizing business performance and adapting to client needs.
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a bonus , but not mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing , or a related field is required.
