Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an OpenAI Model Training Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning AI models using OpenAI's tools and libraries, creating robust data pipelines, conducting extensive testing, and ensuring model performance and accuracy. Tasks will include data pre-processing, model evaluation, and collaboration with other teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and OpenAI's tools
  • Experience in RAG and finetuning
  • Experience in training Small Language Models
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Proficiency in developing and fine-tuning machine learning models
  • Experience in data pre-processing and data pipeline creation
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Experience in deploying AI models in production is a plus
